Q: How to place order?
A: 1. Selecting a product
Simply click on the relevant category for full list of products or using our search engine to find out your desired products.
When you decide to buy a product, simply click the "add to cart" button located on each product page to place the displayed product in your shopping cart. If you want to review or make changes to your order before checking out, click "View Cart".
The functions below allow you to change the products and quantities placed in the shopping cart:
Enter the new quantity first in the "Quantity", then click the "Recalculate" button. Click the "check box" on the left-hand side of each product listed in the shopping cart and press "recalculate" if you want to remove the product from the shopping cart. Upon reviewing the products and quantities shown in the shopping cart, you can then click "Checkout".
2. Check Out
You can now view the total amount with the shipping costs added. You then need to fill in your shipping address information and press "place order".
If you have already logged in using your AA Collection Club account, the shipping address will be filled in automatically for you.
Next you will be shown with a summary of the order. Now you can press "process credit card payment" to confirm it.
3. Process credit card payment
Payment is handled securely by PayPal. You will be asked for the credit card number and the expiry date of the card you want to pay with. Both Visa and Master Cards are accepted. All prices and transactions are shown in US dollars.
A payment summary will be displayed with your payment information and a payment reference number. You can print this out for future reference.
Q: When will my purchase be shipped?
A: After placing orders, goods will normally be despatched as soon as possible.
Q: What happens if a back order occurs?
A: There are times when demand for particular products will exceed our quantity on hand. Any items that are unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your back order if you don't want to wait for the item. The estimated shipping time of the back order items is about 4 to 5 weeks. You will also be informed that you will be charged the min.shipping cost again for shipping the back order item(s).
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: The cost of shipping is charged as below:
New shipping charges are effective from Jan 1, 2015.The charges are subject to change without any notice in advance by AA Collection.
Shipping cost will be calculated based on approximate weight of the order or dimension of the product to different country, and handling charge.
Q: What is a Pre-order?
A: This is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. We allow you to order in advance on the understanding that we shall ship the item when it is released.
Pre-orders may be placed for newly announced products. These will generally arrive at the AUTOart dispatch/fulfillment centers within weeks of the release announcement. This allows AUTOart to provide you with the opportunity to purchase today's hottest product with one easy visit to the site. Pre-ordered products typically ship within 2-4 weeks, although the waiting time may be longer in some cases.
All pre-orders require full payment upon order placement, including the related shipping charges.
All orders - including pre-orders - paid through PayPal are PRE-PAID i.e. the funds are deducted from your account immediately your order has been approved.
Quantities are limited so all pre-orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis.
Shipping cost does not includes import duty and local custom charges at destination.
Shipping charge will be quoted to you individually if the weight of order exceeds 20kg.
Address with P.O. Box Number is not acceptable to all of the countries
The availability of items might always be varied from time to time. Refund will be arranged immediately once the item being listed is out of stock. Please be aware that the time for refund by PayPal, our payment gateway.
Refused or returned shipments in which AA Collection incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit.
Damage in Transit
If you suspect that an item has been damaged in transit, please report this to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. Please attach digital photos of the damage and retain the orginial packaging and invoice. We shall then request that the item be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Upon receipt we shall be happy to send you a replacement or, if the item is no longer available, arrange a refund. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping.
Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, please report this to us by e-mail to email@example.com within 3 days of receipt, describing in full the nature of the fault. Please attach digital photos of the defect and retain the original invoice. We shall then contact you with further instructions for the return of the item and the possible replacement or refund. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping.
The refund payment is available for 60 days after the order was placed.
Sales Tax / VAT charge
A 9.5% Sales Tax is applicable on all orders within the State of California.
Please arrangement payment of the sales tax through our Paypal account by clicking on www.paypal.com, then please select "Send Money", enter our email Lisa@gatewayglobal-la.com, and enter the sales tax amount needed to complete your order. Select "continue" to finish the transaction. Please do not forget to add your order number to this process.
Please note that all the goods being shipped within UK and to an EU address are subject to VAT. The current VAT rate is 19% and is subject to change at any time. Please find listed below countries within the EU that are subject to VAT:-
